About the National Institute

No, we are interdenominational.

The National Institute for Christian Education is committed to the premise that the Bible, and especially the integrating event of the gospel of Jesus Christ, need to shape our view of all things. Engagement with educational ideas and issues is approached from the perspective of a biblical view of the world

The National Institute for Christian Education courses have been written from a reformational perspective of the scriptures with an emphasis on the importance of recognising and critiquing from a biblical perspective, the worldview assumptions involved in education. Our goal is to encourage educators to be committed disciples of Jesus Christ who will apply the gospel as it is expounded in all of the scriptures to their teaching tasks.

The National Institute is not involved in bringing overseas nationals to Australia on student visas for the purpose of study.

Yes, we have an extensive library/resource centre specialising in the areas of philosophy, education and educational philosophy with in-depth coverage of these topics from a biblical, reformational perspective in a contemporary context.
