Application for Compassionate Withdrawal

A Compassionate Withdrawal (CW) is a withdrawal after the Census Date that is due to special circumstances that are unusual, uncommon or unexpected. Usually these circumstances are: • beyond your control • do not make their full impact on you until after the census date • make it impracticable for you to complete the requirements for the subject For all other withdrawal use the Variation of Enrolment Form. Applications should be submitted by the Friday of the final week of the enrolled semester. Supporting documentation (such as medical certificates, letters of support from your pastor, counsellor, etc.) should be provided with application.
